2-in-1: Protein Muffins OR Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ cup egg whites or 1 whisked egg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Mash banana in bowl with fork
- Add protein powder, baking powder, and egg whites/whisked egg to bowl
- mix until batter is smooth
- For muffins
- ■ Preheat oven to 400˚F
- ■ Pour batter into greased cupcake tin
- ■ Bake for 15-20 minutes
- ■ Enjoy in a hammock!
- For pancakes
- ■ Heat a greased skillet over medium heat
- ■ Pour batter onto skillet
- ■ Flip pancakes when bubbles appear in the middle and edges start to lift
- ■ Enjoy in a hammock!
