Simplified Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Capers
  • Olives
  • Red onion
  • Feta/goat cheese
  • For the dressing
  • ○ 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • ○ 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • ○ Small clove of garlic
  • ○ ¼ teaspoon mustard
  • ○ ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients
  2. Whisk together dressing
  3. Toss salad ingredients with dressing

The quantity of each ingredient depends on your own tastes 🙂 feel free to add or leave ingredients out, too!
