Ingredients
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Capers
- Olives
- Red onion
- Feta/goat cheese
- For the dressing
- ○ 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- ○ 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- ○ Small clove of garlic
- ○ ¼ teaspoon mustard
- ○ ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients
- Whisk together dressing
- Toss salad ingredients with dressing
